1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

4. Account Registration

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by 7l334

7l334 reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, a violation of applicable law, fraudulent activity, or where required by a compliance or regulatory obligation. During a suspension, pending withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending the outcome of any investigation.

13.2 Closure by 7l334

Following a completed investigation, 7l334 may permanently close an account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where closure results from Player misconduct, any balance remaining in the account — including both Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited in full. 7l334 will communicate its decision and the reasons for it to the Player via the registered email address.

13.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting 7l334 support. Before closing your account, you are advised to withdraw any available Real Money balance. Once closure is actioned, access to the account will be revoked. Account reopening requests will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to re-verification.

14. Amendments to These Terms
